OUR STORY
Saigon Pai was born from a love of two cities – Saigon and Bangkok – and the flavours they've gifted the world. We brought those roots to Toronto, planted ourselves on Parliament and Gerrard, and never looked back.

Update: My sister and I have been ordering excessively for their outdoor patio and the food is even better when you eat it right on the spot. I recommend C4, Soursop smoothie with no dairy, and their Thai Basil Fried Rice. I love you guys so much please don't change.I am not kidding when I say that they have the best portioning and sizing in Toronto! I have gone vegetarian for Lent and I was running out of options for new food. I stumbled across Saigon Pai last week and I am hooked. Totally check them out because they are 10/10.

Nice place with a decent ambient, not too fancy. The servers were nice and patient. The food was on point with the quantity and quality. Got the dumplings which were fried and had the filling of chicken and prawn. Also got the Pad Kai Prow and tom yum soup!.... Both tasted nice... They also have a 10% discount if you pay by cash. Saigon Pai is the absolute best Vietnamese restaurant in the area. The Pho and Bun Bo Hue broth was rich and bursting in flavour without relying on heavy salt, msg or lard like other Vietnamese restaurants in the neighborhood. The shrimp spring rolls and chicken satay skewers are a must try and the Thai menu here is also definitely worth checking out. It's very rare for a Viet-Thai restaurant to get both cuisines right, but Saigon Pai manages to do both cuisines with justice. The restaurant recently underwent a renovation and the dining room looks amazing; very chic and modern. Service was spot on, very inviting and very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful experience, see you next time!

I placed an order through Door Dash for bún bò huế (spicy beef noodle soup) and cha gio ga (chicken spring rolls). The food was packaged well and the presentation was nice. Everything was exactly as ordered and tasted delicious. The spring rolls were huge. I like that the soup arrived in a bowl; when I order soup from other Vietnamese restaurants it usually comes in a plastic cylinder container instead. The menu has a good selection of Vietnamese and Thai dishes. I would order from Saigon Pai again.

My partner and I went here in the evening after the old cabbage town festival. The place was packed, but we didn’t have to wait too long to be seated. We ordered two kinds of banh mi - grilled chicken and pork - (in photo) and they were worth the wait. Every bite brought back memories of our 2017 visit to Vietnam. Don’t forget to order their coffee. I highly recommend to take it as it is. (I am lactose intolerant but I knew that switching it to soy would alter its authenticity).

A definite contender for one of the best thai restaurants in Toronto. Delicious Pad Thai and Khao Soi, which came out hot, well seasoned, aromatic, and tasty with a nice bite to the noodles. Prices are extremely reasonable, and portion sizes are more than generous. 19$ for the chicken pad thai, and it could easily feed 2 people alone. The khao soi is the same, and came in a tall bowl so that it stayed hot while eating it. It's an absolute gem, and you will be hard pressed to find a better deal in this city. The service is lightning fast as well, and the interior is pleasant enough. Can't wait to come back and pick through their Vietnamese menu.
